The Art House of Roundstone

Errisbeg House — where history, art and nature come together.

Errisbeg House seen across the lawn, ivy on its stone walls

Nestled beneath Errisbeg Mountain, just outside the picturesque village of Roundstone in Connemara, Errisbeg House is a place with a story to tell.

Built in 1875, this Victorian country house has been a much-loved family home for generations. Over time, it has also become a gathering place for artists, travellers and those drawn to the extraordinary beauty of Ireland's west coast.

Today, Errisbeg continues that tradition, welcoming bed-and-breakfast guests and providing a creative haven for artists to work, explore and find inspiration.

From its historic rooms and colourful gardens to its gallery and artistic community, Errisbeg is a place where the past remains very much part of the present.
